Fax facilities are available at reception.
If you bring computer equipment, cellphones or other electronic devices into the hospital, please be aware that Waratah Private cannot take responsibility for their safe keeping.
Please let us know if you have any spiritual or cultural needs. Should the services of an interpreter be required, please let us know well in advance of your surgery to ensure that this is arranged. There is a cost for this service.

At Waratah Private Hospital, we have a variety of mobility equipment for hire or purchase (e.g. crutches and walking frames).
Your specialist and nursing staff will discuss with you the need for any physiotherapy. While you are free to make arrangements with any physiotherapist of your choice, here at Waratah Private we have our very own physiotherapists at our Rehabilitation Centre.
We have our own amazing team of occupational therapists at our Rehabilitation Centre. If you require their services, a referral will be sent prior to your admission and the therapist may contact you to discuss your home equipment needs (e.g. raised toilet seat, shower stool, etc). For some types of surgery it is strongly recommended that this service is used. There may be a cost involved dependent on your health provider, or if you are paying personally. The occupational therapist can inform you of this.
If you answered yes to being called after your procedure, our nursing staff will contact you.
