Waratah Private Hospital has implemented eCredential which is an online credentialing system, eliminating the need for paper based processes.
Please email your individual personal email (can not be a shared email), your AHPRA number and the position for approval (i.e. Cardiologist, Surgical Assistant etc.), to the Executive Assistant – gm.office@waratahprivate.com.au to commence the credentialing process.
You will then receive an email requesting you to complete and submit your profile with us.
