Facilitated by our psychologists, this program is a guided introduction into Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety, mood and depression. The sixteen-week program is designed to create insight and establish practical strategies toward lasting change.

Outcomes

Cognitive behaviour therapy helps participants to observe where they are stuck in their thoughts and behaviours, and establish where and how they can create change using mind health tools, practical exercises and wellness techniques. The course will address anxious responses and ongoing mood experiences that impact their daily lives.
