Facilitated by our psychologists, our ten-week program delivers best practice principles through a cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) approach to depression and mood management. It consists of half or full day sessions using the latest inquiry and skill-based techniques alongside practical exercises and wellness techniques.
Providing participants with a deeper understanding around mood and mood disorder management, the program delivers tools to monitor mood, thoughts and feelings over time. During the course, the participants develop personalised goals and management strategies for their home environments.
Along with attending the group, participants will have individual sessions to construct their own wellness plans.
