About Dr Patrick Chung

Dr Patrick Chung graduated from his Doctor of Medicine at Griffith University in 2016. As a medical student, he trained rurally under the university’s Longlook program. He attained fellowship with RANZCP in 2023 and predominantly trained in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. Dr Chung adopts a holistic recovery approach and places an emphasis on patient education. He has worked in rural and metropolitan settings, providing services to communities in various backgrounds. He has an interest in cultures and their intersection with Mental Health. He also works as a VMO in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry for SWSLHD.
