Dr. Wu is a specialized psychiatrist with extensive experience in diverse inpatient and outpatient settings in Australia and internationally. She successfully completed her training at various distinguished health settings, including St George Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, and Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network. Her professional focus encompasses general adult mental health issues, with a specific emphasis on the treatment of alcohol and other addiction disorders. This involves a thorough assessment and comprehensive treatment approach for individuals grappling with physical and/or mental health challenges resulting from alcohol or other substance use.
Dr. Wu is dedicated to the holistic care of individuals, guiding them through detoxification to ensure the maintenance of long-term recovery. Her services extend to both inpatient and outpatient settings. Apart from her private psychiatric practice at Waratah Private Hospital, she is a consultant psychiatrist for a prominent Drug & Alcohol Services unit within NSW Health.
