Dr Keller is passionate about working with primary care to best serve the needs of his patients and the broader community. This includes ensuring that, no matter how long his wait list grows, he will do everything in his power to avoid ‘closing his books’! He does this by providing detailed reports to GPs after an initial assessment, including a clear formulation of the patient’s strengths and clinical problems and a treatment plan; and assertively transferring stable patients back to their regular primary care physician for ongoing care, to facilitate throughput and creating space for new referrals.
