Waratah Private Hospital Day Rehabilitation Programs are specifically designed to help patients restore and improve their function. Programs are directed by a Rehabilitation Specialist and consist of a tailored combination of physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy and group education sessions which are all provided in our new Waratah Rehabilitation Centre located on the Mezzanine floor.
Day Rehabilitation is a program for patients who have established rehabilitation needs but do not require 24 hour nursing support in an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
The program provides a combination of different therapies either in a 1.5 hour (half day) or 3 hour (full day) session, two to three times a week, with the aim of getting you back to normal function following medical illness, injury or surgery.
Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs are targeted to individual needs, providing a combination of the following therapies:

Our Day Rehabilitation team are committed to providing rehabilitation programs that ensure you not only recover quicker and stronger, but that you also have the tools to manage your condition once discharged from the program.
