Best practice benchmarking, provides an organisation the ability to evaluate various aspects of their processes in relation to other like facilities and services (peers). This allows for the development of plans to make improvements, with the aim of increasing performance. Benchmarking is a continuous process that enables an organisation to continually seek to improve their practices.

We are proud to be part of Healthe Care. Benchmarking is a key component of our Group’s quality systems and enables us to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.

Healthe Care partners with and participates in the following benchmarking activities;

  • Surgical Site Infection Prevention program
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certification – Quality Management Systems

In addition, Healthe Care undertakes clinical and health and safety indicators comparison and trending between its services and hospitals.
