If you wish to make a suggestion, or raise concerns about any aspect of our service or facilities, you can do this by:

  • Speaking to your nurse, a team leader, our general manager, or your specialist
  • Or filling out the feedback form below

If you have any issues or concerns about your care or service delivery while you are in hospital, we welcome the opportunity to resolve this with you directly; please ask to speak with the Nurse Unit Manager.

All complaints received are reviewed and addressed by our Management Team. You will be informed about the outcome of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission on:
