Re-think Your Anxiety and Mood

Facilitated by our clinical psychologists, this program is a guided introduction into Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety and mood experiences. The ten-week program is designed to create insight and establish
practical strategies toward lasting change with half or full day sessions.

Outcomes

Cognitive behaviour therapy helps participants to observe where they are stuck in their thoughts and behaviours, and establish where and how they can create change using mind health tools. The course will address anxious responses and
ongoing mood experiences that impact their daily lives.

Along with attending the group, participants will have individual sessions to construct their own wellness plans where required.
